Asunto Oy Helsingin Aurinko is located in a beautiful seaside setting in Aurinkolahti. A school, the Aurinkolahti beach, and the services of the Columbus Shopping Center are all nearby. You can also easily enjoy the natural surroundings of the adjacent Uutela outdoor recreation area.

Residents have private storage units for each apartment, a shared sauna, a club room, and outdoor equipment storage. The laundry room is located in the neighboring building and is shared with residents of Aurinkolahden Puistotie 6 A. 10M internet connection is included in the rent. Parking spaces are available for rent separately.

The lease is made until further notice with a notice period of one full calendar month. The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent and there is no separate water fee. The tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and is required to obtain home insurance. Pets are welcome!

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, in shared indoor areas, on balconies, and in the building’s courtyard. All rights to changes are reserved.
