Vantaan Backaksen Birka sijaitsee viehättävällä Kartanonkosken alueella lähellä palveluita ja kulkuyhteyksiä. Kauppakeskus Jumboon on matkaa vain noin 1 kilometri ja lentokentälle ajaa hetkessä. Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä ja sitä ei tasata. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

HUOM.! Kiinteistöllä tullaan uusimaan hissit loppuvuoden 2026 aikana. Tämänhetkisen arvion mukaan työt toteutetaan marras-joulukuussa 2026. Hissit ovat pois käytöstä koko uusintatyön ajan.

Backaksen Birka in Vantaa is located in the charming Kartanonkoski area, close to services and transport links. The shopping centre Jumbo is only about 1 km away and the airport is also only a short drive away. A kindergarten and a school can be found nearby and the historic Backas Manor and wonderful outdoor areas are within walking distance.

Cosy apartments are fitted with light-coloured materials and have a private sauna for a luxurious everyday life. Parking spaces are rented separately depending on the reservation situation.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.

NOTE! The elevators in the property will be replaced during the later part of 2026. Based on the current estimate, the work will take place between November and December 2026. The elevators will be out of service for the entire duration of the replacement work.
