Asunto Oy Turun Harppuunan Ankkuri sijaitsee Sataman asuinalueella, noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan etäisyydellä Turun jokirannasta ja noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä keskustasta. Modernien kerrostalojen lisäksi alueella sijaitsee historiallinen Turun Linna torneineen. Asukkailla on mahdollisuus vuokrata autopaikka Aimoparkin hallinnoimasta Harppuunaparkista.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, yhden kalenterikuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Vuokravakuus vain 350€. Vesiennakkomaksu 20 €/hlö/kk. Tasataan vuosittain kulutuksen mukaan. Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 10M laajakaistayhteys. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen.

Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita! Taloyhtiö on kokonaan savuton, tupakointi kielletty huoneistojen lisäksi myös parvekkeilla ja piha-alueella. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Asunto Oy Turun Harppuunan Ankkuri is located in the Satama residential area, about a 5-minute walk from the Turku riverside and approximately a 10-minute drive from the city center. In addition to modern apartment buildings, the area is home to the historic Turku Castle with its iconic towers. Residents have the opportunity to rent a parking space in the Harppuunaparkki facility, managed by Aimopark.

The lease agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one calendar month. The security deposit only 350€. A water advance payment of €20 per person per month will be charged and reconciled annually based on actual consumption. The rent includes a 10M internet connection provided by DNA. The tenant is responsible for setting up their own electricity contract and is required to obtain home insurance.

Pets are welcome! The housing company is entirely smoke-free; smoking is prohibited not only inside the apartments and shared indoor areas, but also on balconies and in the courtyard areas. All rights to changes are reserved.
