Vuokraan sisältyy 50 M laajakaistayhteys. Lemmikit sallittu, tupakointi kielletty huoneistossa, yleisissä tiloissa ja parvekkeilla. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

The housing company Tampereen Espanhovi is located in Ranta-Tampella right by the lake Näsijärvi. Tenants get to enjoy spectacular sunsets, lakeside boulevard, outdoor gym and extremely good connectivity with both private cars and public transportation inside Tampere and out of the city, too. Bus stops are right next by the building, city center 15mins walk away and by your own car you reach the Rantaväylä underground tunnel in two minutes. Grocery store is located nearby.

Espanhovi is a 9-floor building consisting of 1 to 3 room homes in range 24,5 – 69 square meters. The apartments are bright and perennial in style, floors of laminate and the bathrooms of ceramic tile. In bathroom there is a place for a laundry washer and drying machine and a heated floor that is attached to the apartment’s electricity contract. Every apartment features a glass-sheltered balcony and in the first floor also a terrace with glasses. The housing company has a sauna, storages, drying room and a storage room for bikes and trolleys. As a resident you have also access to ecological Tesla Model 3 shared car, found in the parking lot.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment 20 €/person/month. 50M internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are allowed, smoking prohibited on balconies and indoors the property. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance.
