Asunto Oy Riihimäen Vuorelanmäki I sijaitsee Huhtimon alueella keskustan läheisyydessä. Huhtimo on alueena rauhallinen, luonnonläheinen sekä hyvillä kulkuyhteyksillä varustettu. Keskustan palvelujen ääreen on matkaa vain 1,5 km ja juna-asema sijaitsee noin 2 km päässä. Taloyhtiöstä löytyy monen kokoisia asuntoja 34m2 kokoisista yksiöstä aina tilavaan 81m2 neliöön asti.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen.

Asunto Oy Riihimäen Vuorelanmäki I is located in the Huhtimo area near the city center. Huhtimo is a peaceful, nature-friendly area with good transport connections. The city center services are only 1.5 km away, and the train station is about 2 km away. The housing company offers apartments of various sizes, ranging from 34 square meter studios to spacious 81 square meter four-room apartments.

The lease agreement will be made valid until further notice; the earliest possible termination date is 5 months after the start of the lease. The security deposit 250 € (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 25 €/person/month.Pets are allowed.
