Kiinteistö Oy Peltokotka tarjoaa kodin erityisesti senioreille, mutta myös nuoremmat asukkaat ovat lämpimästi tervetulleita. Talon sijainti Peltolassa on erinomainen – Oulun keskustaan on vain noin kolme kilometriä, ja Kontinkankaan linja-autopysäkiltä pääsee kätevästi eri puolille kaupunkia. Raksilan marketit ovat mukavan kävelymatkan päässä.

Kaikissa huoneistoissa on parveke tai terassi, jotka tuovat valoa ja ulkotilaa arkeen. Asukkaiden käytössä ovat yhteinen tietokone, pesutupa ja sauna. Talon sydämenä toimii yhteinen oleskelutila, jossa asukkaat voivat viettää aikaa yhdessä esimerkiksi päiväkahvien merkeissä – yhteisöllisyys on tärkeä osa asumista Peltokotkassa.
Huoneistokohtaiset varastot tuovat säilytystilaa, ja autopaikan voi vuokrata talon pihalta. Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 25M laajakaistayhteys – vuokralaisen tarvitsee vain hankkia oma modeemi.

Toistaiseksi voimassaoleva vuokrasopimus, jossa 1kk irtisanomisaika. Vakuus 350 euroa (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Vesimaksu on huoneistokohtainen. Lemmikit sallittu, koti- ja vastuuvakuutus vaaditaan. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sähköyhtiön kanssa.

Tupakointi kielletty asuinhuoneistoissa, parvekkeella, terasseilla ja yleisissä tiloissa. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.

Asukasvalinta perustuu tarveharkintaan: asunnon saantiin vaikuttavat asunnontarve, varallisuus ja tulot. Tulevan vuokralaisen tulee toimittaa pyydetyt tiedot varallisuudesta ja tuloista ennen vuokrasopimuksen allekirjoittamista.

Kiinteistö Oy Peltokotka offers homes especially for senior residents, while younger tenants are also warmly welcome. The property enjoys an excellent location in the Peltola district of Oulu, just approximately three kilometres from the city centre. Convenient public transport connections are available from the Kontinkangas bus stop, providing easy access to different parts of the city. The shops and services of the Raksila retail area are also within comfortable walking distance.

All apartments feature either a balcony or a terrace, bringing natural light and outdoor space into everyday living. Residents have access to a shared computer, laundry room, and sauna. At the heart of the property is a communal lounge area where residents can gather and socialize, for example over afternoon coffee. A strong sense of community is an important part of life at Peltokotka.

Each apartment includes a private storage unit, and parking spaces are available for rent in the courtyard. The rent includes a DNA 25 Mbps broadband connection, and tenants only need to obtain their own modem.

Lease Terms
Open-ended tenancy agreement with a one-month notice period.
Security deposit: €350 (credit history records may affect the amount of the deposit or eligibility for an apartment).
Separate water charge per apartment.
Pets are welcome.
Home insurance and liability insurance are required.
The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract with the electricity provider.
Smoking is prohibited inside apartments, on balconies, terraces, and in public areas. Please note that the property is not yet entirely smoke-free.

Tenant selection is based on a needs assessment. Housing allocation is influenced by factors such as housing need, assets, and income. Prospective tenants are required to provide the requested information regarding their assets and income before signing the tenancy agreement.
