- Ensimmäinen mahdollinen määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivä 6 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko
- Taloyhtiö siirtyy asteittain savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioithan, että kiinteistö ei ole vielä täysin savuton.

- The first possible termination date under the fixed-term commitment is 6 months from the commencement date of the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease so that it ends before this first possible termination date, a contractual penalty equivalent to one month's rent will be charged
