Huoneistoissa sähkölämmitys, asukas vastaa asunnon lämmityskuluista ja käyttöveden lämmityksestä lämminvesivaraajalla. Asukkailla yhteiskäytössä taloyhtiön pesutupa. Huoneistokohtaiset varastot. Mahdollisuus vuokrata autopaikka.

Vuokrasopimus toistaiseksi voimassaolevana, 1 kk irtisanomisajalla. Vakuus 350 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Huoneistokohtainen vesimaksu. Koti- ja vastuuvakuutus pakollinen. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sähköyhtiön kanssa. Lemmikit sallittuja.
