Vuokrauksen tiedot:
- Ensimmäinen mahdollinen määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivä 6 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko
- Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk
- Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden määrään tai asunnon saantiin)
- Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen
- Uusissa vuokrasopimuksissa tupakointi on kielletty sisätiloissa, parvekkeilla ja terasseilla. Huomioithan, että kiinteistö ei ole vielä täysin savuton.

All essential services are nearby, including a grocery store, kiosk, daycare, and school. Rental details:
- The first possible termination date under the fixed-term commitment is 6 months from the commencement date of the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease so that it ends before this first possible termination date, a contractual penalty equivalent to one month's rent will be charged
- Water fee: 25 €/person/month
- deposit: 250 € (credit history may affect the deposit amount or eligibility)
- Tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and must obtain home insurance
- New lease agreements prohibit smoking indoors, on balconies, and on terraces. Please note that the property is not yet fully smoke-free.
