Ensimmäinen mahdollinen määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivä 6 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko. Vakuus on 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden määrään tai asunnon saantiin). Vesimaksu on 25 €/hlö/kk. Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 50 M laajakaistayhteys. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen.

Talo on kokonaan savuton. Tupakointi on kielletty asunnoissa, parvekkeilla ja talon yhteisissä tiloissa. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita.

Kapteeninkatu 5 is located in one of Lahti’s most desirable residential areas, Ruoriniemi, right next to the shores of Lake Vesijärvi. This six-story apartment building offers peaceful, high-standard living surrounded by nature, yet close to all essential city services.

Ruoriniemi charms with its excellent outdoor opportunities—lakeside walking paths, parks, and harbor services are just outside your door. The area also features nearby grocery stores, schools, and daycare centers. Lahti’s train station is only about 3.4 kilometers away. The apartments are bright and well-designed, featuring glazed balconies, spacious bathrooms, and practical kitchens. The building includes an elevator, bicycle storage, drying room, and a community room to support everyday comfort.

The first possible termination date under the fixed-term commitment is 6 months from the commencement date of the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease so that it ends before this first possible termination date, a contractual penalty equivalent to one month's rent will be charged. The deposit is 250 € (credit history may affect the deposit amount or eligibility for the apartment).
Water fee is 25 €/person/month. Rent includes a 50M broadband connection from DNA. The tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and is required to obtain comprehensive home and liability insurance.

The property is completely smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited on the balconies and in the courtyards of the apartments, as well as in the courtyard area of the property. Pets are allowed.
