Vuokrauksen ehdot:

- Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, irtisanomisaika 1 kk
- Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin)
- Vesiennakkomaksu 25 €/hlö/kk, tasataan kulutuksen mukaan
- Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen
- Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen
- Tupakointi kielletty huoneistoissa, parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla (kiinteistö ei välttämättä ole vielä täysin savuton)
- Lemmikit sallittu

- The tenant must obtain home and liability insurance
- Smoking is prohibited inside apartments, on balconies, and in yard areas (please note the property may not yet be fully smoke-free)
- Pets are allowed
