Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, jonka ensimmäinen irtisanomisaika 5 kk vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. The building is located in the peaceful and charming Ankkuri district of Lahti, right by Lake Vesijärvi and within walking distance of the harbor and city center services. The area offers a tranquil atmosphere while remaining close to the buzz of downtown. Residents enjoy excellent public transport connections, a nearby grocery store, schools, daycare centers, and beautiful outdoor opportunities along the lakeside boulevard.

The property consists of two eight-story buildings with elevators and offers a wide range of apartments from studios to three-room homes. Many units include a private sauna and balcony. Residents have access to shared facilities such as a laundry room, drying room, equipment storage, club room, and a top-floor sauna and lounge area with a fireplace.

The lease is made valid until further notice, with the first termination date five months after the start of the agreement. The Deposit is 250 € (credit history entries may affect the deposit amount or eligibility for the apartment). Water fee is 25 €/person/month. The rent includes a 50 Mbps broadband connection from DNA. The tenant is responsible for making their own electricity contract and is required to obtain comprehensive home and liability insurance. The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment.

The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free.
