Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk. Ensimmäinen mahdollinen määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivä 6 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen ja asunnon saantiin). Tupakointi kielletty tämän huoneiston parvekkeella/piha-alueella. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy Dna:n 25Mt laajakaista.

Peaceful, family-friendly area with low-rise apartment buildings completed in 1992. The buildings are of the corridor-house type. The housing complex consists of three separate buildings, with outdoor storage units, parking spaces, and a sauna building located in the yard. The sauna building also includes a club room with a fitness area and a laundry room, available for an additional fee.

Commercial services in Ahtiala, schools, and daycare are within walking distance. Herrasmanni beach and excellent outdoor recreation areas are nearby.

– The first possible termination date under the fixed-term commitment is 6 months from the commencement date of the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease so that it ends before this first possible termination date, a contractual penalty equivalent to one month's rent will be charged.
