Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassaoleva, yhden kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Sähkösopimuksen vuokralainen tekee itse. Lemmikit sallittu. Koti- ja vastuuvakuutus vaaditaan. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.
