Asunto Oy Kirkkonummen Kummikallio sijaitsee vehreällä Kantvikin alueella, rauhallisella paikalla tienpäädyssä. Kiinteistön läheisyydestä löytyy kauppa sekä Kantvikin koulu ja päiväkoti. Kattavammat palvelut ovat noin viiden kilometrin päässä Munkinmäessä.

Vuokrattavana taloyhtiössä on tilavia 1-4 huoneen asuntoja. Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä on taloyhtiön pesutupa, kuivaushuone sekä sauna. Talossa ei ole hissiä. Autopaikkoja on vuokrattavana erikseen varaustilanteen mukaan, hintaan 10 €/kk.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät vaikuttavat vakuuden määrään ja asunnon saantiin). Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk. Lemmikit sallittu.

Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen.

Asunto Oy Kirkkonummen Kummikallio is located in the green Kantvik area, in a quiet location at the end of the road. Nearby, you will find a store, as well as Kantvik school and daycare. More comprehensive services are about five kilometers away in Munkinmäki.

The housing company offers spacious apartments ranging from 1 to 4 rooms. Residents have access to the building's laundry room, drying room, and sauna. There is no elevator in the building. Parking spaces are available for rent separately, depending on availability, at a price of 10€/month.

The lease agreement will be made valid until further notice; the earliest possible termination date is 5 months after the start of the lease. The deposit is 250 € (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 25 €/person/month. Pets are allowed. The housing company is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. Lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside apartments, on apartment balconies, and in yard areas. Please note that the property is not yet entirely smoke-free. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The right to make changes is reserved.
