Kyseessä on hissillinen 8-kerroksinen asuinkerrostalo. Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä on talosauna sekä irtaimistovarastot. Lisäksi mahdollisuus käyttää talopesulaa sekä kuivaushuonetta B-talossa. Autopaikat ovat vuokrattavissa erikseen.

- Vuokraan sisältyy Elisan 10M internetyhteys
- Määräaikainen vuokrasopimus, jonka ensimmäinen mahdollinen päättymispäivä on 6 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Tämän jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista päättymispäivää, veloitetaan yhden kuukauden vuokraa vastaava maksu.

Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen sekä vastuuvakuutuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen kokonaan savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin taloyhtiön huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla, yhtiön kaikissa sisätiloissa sekä yhtiön hallitsemilla ulkoalueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

The building was completed in 2009. We offer rental apartments ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. All apartments feature a glazed balcony and parquet floors. The building is an 8-story residential complex with an elevator. The shared facilities for residents include a sauna and every apartment also has its own storage unit. Additionally, there is the possibility to use the laundry room and drying room in building B. Parking spaces are available for rent separately.

- Security deposit equivalent to one month's rent
- Water fee 27€/person/month, the water fee is fixed and not adjusted
- Pets are allowed
- Rent includes a 10M internet connection
- Fixed-term lease agreement with the earliest possible termination date 6 months after the start of the lease. After this, the agreement will continue until further notice. If the tenant terminates the agreement before the earliest possible termination date, a fee equivalent to one month's rent will be charged.

The tenant is responsible for making their own electricity contract and is required to take out home insurance and liability insurance. The housing company will gradually become completely smoke-free. The leases of new residents prohibit smoking in the apartments, on apartment balconies, in all indoor areas of the housing company as well as in outdoor areas managed by the housing company.
