As Oy Helsingin Merilokki sijaitsee Herttoniemenrannassa, lähellä merenrantaa. Kohteen läheisyydestä löytyvät hyvät ulkoilumaastot sekä Tuorinniemen uimaranta. Kauppakeskus Hertsiin on matkaa hieman alle kilometrin verran sekä noin kilometrin päässä sijaitsee myös Herttoniemen metroasema.

The materials were selected by the interior architecture firm Silvana with respect for the building’s original character. As part of the renovation, the kitchen has been renewed, the bathroom with its fixtures have been updated, the flooring has been replaced with light-colored plank laminate, and the walls have been repainted. Comfort and interior upgrades will be carried out in the apartments throughout 2026, one staircase at a time. The apartments in Staircase A will be completed in October and will be available for rent from 9 October 2026.

- The lease agreement will be valid until further notice, with the earliest possible termination date being 11 months after the start of the lease

Hertsi Shopping Centre is just under one kilometre away and Herttoniemi metro station is approximately one kilometre from the property.

The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and is required to maintain comprehensive home insurance as well as liability insurance. As Oy Helsingin Merilokki consists of a five-storey AB building with an elevator and a separate C building containing only five apartments. Residents have access to a shared laundry room located in the AB building and each apartment has its own storage unit. The property is completely smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited on apartment balconies and private outdoor areas, as well as throughout the housing company’s grounds. The property switched to energy-efficient geothermal heating in spring 2026. The right to make changes is reserved.
