Etelä-Hämeen Talo Oy Sibeliuksenkatu 3 sijaitsee Hämeenlinnan keskustassa monipuolisten palvelujen ympäröimänä. Lähistöltä löytyvät myös uimaranta, Hämeen linnan kauniit maisemat ja lisäksi kauppakeskus Goodman sijaitsee vain kivenheiton päässä. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet mahdollistavat kulkemisen moneen suuntaan ja linja-autoasema sijaitseekin aivan vieressä.

Tämän 1940-luvulla valmistuneen viisikerroksisen talon huoneistot ovat korkeita, avaria ja kooltaan ne vaihtelevat 43–77,5m2 välillä. C-rapun asunnot puolestaan sijaitsevat hissittömässä kolmekerroksisessa rapussa. Asukkaiden käytössä on irtaimistovarastot sekä rajallinen määrä ulkopaikkoja.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Lemmikit sallittu. Tupakointi kielletty tämän huoneiston parvekkeella/piha-alueella. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton. Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen ja tekemään oman sähkösopimuksen.

Nearby, you can also find a beach, the beautiful scenery of Häme Castle, and the Goodman shopping center, which is just a stone's throw away. Good transport connections allow easy access in many directions, and the bus station is right next to the property.

This five-story building, completed in the 1940s, has high, spacious apartments ranging from 43 to 77.5 square meters. The apartments in the C staircase are located in a three-story staircase without an elevator. Residents have access to storage units and a limited number of outdoor parking spaces.

The lease agreement will be made valid until further notice; the earliest possible termination date is 5 months after the start of the lease. The security deposit 250€ (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 25 €/person/month. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony/garden area of this apartment. Please note that the property is not entirely smoke-free.
