Kampanjasopimuksen ensimmäinen irtisanomisajankohta on 11 kk vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli kampanjasopimus irtisanotaan ennen ensimmäistä irtisanomispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi sopimussakko. Kampanjat koskevat vain uusia sopimuksia. Kampanjoita ei voi yhdistää toisiinsa tai muihin tarjouksiin. Mahdollisuus vuokrata myös ilman kampanjaa.

As Oy Espoon Muurarinkuja 1 sijaitsee Leppävaarassa, kauppakeskus Sellon, Leppävaaran juna-aseman, koulujen ja monipuolisten harrastusmahdollisuuksien läheisyydessä. Talojen keskellä on vehreä oleskelupiha leikkipaikkoineen.

Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä on talosauna, kuivaushuoneita ja varastotiloja, sekä jokaiseen huoneistoon kuuluu oma irtaimistovarastokoppi. C-portaassa ei ole hissiä.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, irtisanomisaika 1 kk. Vakuus 1 kk vuokraa vastaava. Vesimaksu 15 €/hlö/kk. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen, sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy 10M internetyhteys.Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikkieläimet sallittu.

As Oy Espoo Muurarinkuja 1 is located in Leppävaara, close to the Sello shopping centre, Leppävaara train station, schools and a wide range of leisure facilities. In the middle of the buildings there is a green courtyard with playgrounds.

There is a sauna, drying rooms and storage facilities for the common use of the residents, and each apartment has its own storage room. There is no lift on staircase C.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Water payment 15€/ person / month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 10M internet connection. The residential building is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. Pets are allowed.
