Kampanjan hyödyntäminen edellyttää vuoden sitoutumista ja koskee vain uusia vuokrasopimuksia. Mikäli vuokrasopimuksen irtisanoo ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista irtisanomispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi 1 kk vuokraa vastaava sopimussakko. Asunnon voi vuokrata myös ilman kampanjaa.

Two weeks of rent free when the lease begins latest by 30th September 2026!

The campaign lease requires a minimum commitment of one year and campaign applies only to new lease agreements. If the lease is terminated before the first possible termination date, a fee equivalent to one month’s rent will be charged. The apartment can also be rented without the campaign offer.

As Oy Espoon Koho valmistui tammikuussa 2019 Espoon Matinkylään, aivan Iso Omenan ja metron tuntumaan. Kyseessä on 16 asuinkerroksen kerrostalo, joka tarjoaa asukkailleen kattavat lähialueen palvelut ja loistavat kulkuyhteydet. Lisäksi läheiset merenrantamaisemat tarjoavat oivat puitteet ulkoiluun.

Asukkaiden käytössä ovat ylimmässä kerroksessa sijaitsevat sauna- ja kerhotilat vilvoitteluparvekkeineen, sekä kahdessa alimmassa kerroksessa sijaitsevat irtaimistovarastot, pesula ja kuivaushuone. Pihapiiristä löytyy myös ulkovarastotila ja pyörävarastot.

Asunnot ovat pintamateriaaleiltaan laadukkaita. Lattiamateriaalina asuintiloissa on vaalea tammiparketti ja kylpyhuoneessa tumma laattalattia. Kylpyhuoneesta löytyy peilikaappi, sekä tilavaraus pyykinpesukoneelle. Keittiön varusteluun kuuluvat keraaminen keittotaso, jääkaappipakastin ja astianpesukone. Keittiön kaapistot ovat valkoisia ja työtasot tummia. Asuntojen ikkunoissa on sälekaihtimet ja parvekkeet ovat lasitettuja.
Kylpyhuoneessa sähköinen mukavuuslattialämmitys. Asunnoissa on huoneistokohtainen koneellinen tulo- ja poistoilmanvaihto varustettuna lämmön talteenotolla ja huoneistokohtaisella säädöllä.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi ja vesimaksu on 20 €/hlö/kk. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Lemmikit sallittu. Tupakointi kielletty tämän huoneiston parvekkeella/piha-alueella. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton. Autohallipaikkoja rajoitetusti, vuokrattavissa erikseen. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys.

As Oy Espoon Koho was completed in January 2019 in Matinkylä, Espoo, right next to Iso Omena shopping center and a metro station. The building has 16. floors and its location provides all the daily services and excellent public transport for its residents.

The shared facilities for resident include a sauna and club rooms on the top floor with balconies for cooling off, laundry and drying rooms located on the two lowest floors and apartment specific storage unit. There is also an outdoor storage space and bike storage in the yard area.

The apartments have high-quality surface materials. The floor material in the living areas is light oak parquet and the bathrooms have a dark tile floor. There is a mirror cabinet in the bathroom, as well as space for a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen cabinets are white, and the worktops are dark. The windows of the apartments have blinds, and the balconies are glazed.
The bathroom floors have comfort heating connected to the apartment's electricity.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. The water fee is 20 € / person / month. Tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance.

The rent includes 50M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony/garden area of this apartment. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
