Tervetuloa Asunto Oy Espoon Tallimestarinrantaan, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella ja vehreällä Järvenperän alueella. Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät vaikuttavat vakuuden määrän ja asunnon saantiin). Lemmikit sallittu. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen ja tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sähkölaitoksen kanssa.

Kohteessa on sähkölämmitys, joka on liitetty asukkaan käyttösähköön. Sähkölämmitystä ei saa ottaa pois päältä talven lämmityskauden aikana.

Within a kilometer from the property, you will find a school, an outdoor gym, and the Järvenperä football field. This cozy housing company consists of five semi-detached houses, each offering spacious five-room family apartments with their own backyards. Every apartment features a private sauna and a separate storage building in the yard, providing plenty of storage space.

The lease agreement will be made valid until further notice; the earliest possible termination date is 5 months after the start of the lease. The deposit is 250 € (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 20 €/person/month, pets are allowed. The housing company is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. Lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside apartments, on apartment balconies, and in yard areas. Please note that the property is not yet entirely smoke-free. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The property has electric heating, which is connected to the tenant's electricity usage. The electric heating must not be turned off during the winter heating season. The right to make changes is reserved.
