Kaikki tarvittavat palvelut löytyvät kävelyetäisyydeltä ja aivan vieressä sijaitsee kauppakeskus Myyrmanni. Julkiset liikenneyhteydet ovat erinomaiset ja lähistöllä sijaitsee sekä juna- että bussiasema.

Asukkaiden käytössä on ulkoiluvälinevarastot, talopesula, kuivaushuoneet, irtaimistovarastot sekä 1. kerroksessa sijaitseva kuntosali.
Kohteen autopaikat sijaitsevat talon kellarikerroksessa (80 €/kk) tai viereisessä luolaparkissa (60 €/kk). Autohallista löytyy 4 kpl sähköautojen latauspaikkoja.
Asukkaiden varattavissa on myös Tesla yhteiskäyttöauto.

Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, yhden kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Vakuusmaksu on 1kk vuokran suuruinen ja vesimaksu sisältyy vuokraan. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energiayhtiön kanssa ja sitoutuu ottamaan asuntoon kotivakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M laajakaista. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidetään.

Asunto Oy Vantaa Kilterinkuja 4 is located in the Kilteri area, right next to the centre of Myyrmäki.

The level of equipment in the apartments is high quality and the apartments are furnished in modern colours to meet even the most demanding tastes. All necessary services are within walking distance and the Myyrmanni shopping centre is right next door. Public transport connections are excellent, with both a train and bus station nearby.

Residents have access to outdoor equipment storage, a public hall, laundry, drying rooms, furniture storage and a gym on the 1st floor.
Parking is available in the basement of the building (€80/month) or in the adjacent cave park (€60/month).
There are 4 electric car charging points in the garage. Residents can also reserve a shared Tesla car.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. Pets are allowed.The residential building is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. The right to make changes is reserved.
