Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, 1 kalenterikuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Vakuus 2 kuukauden vuokran suuruinen. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen.

Asunto Oy Tuusulan Lottakoti is located in the green and peaceful Hyrylä area, where all essential services are within walking distance. The beautiful Lake Tuusula, offering excellent outdoor recreation opportunities, is also nearby.

Residents have their own storage units, a shared sauna, a club room, and a laundry room. Parking spaces are available for rent separately.

The lease is made until further notice with a notice period of one full calendar month. The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent and there is no separate water fee. The tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and is required to obtain home insurance. Pets are welcome!

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, in shared indoor areas, on balconies, and in the building’s courtyard. All rights to changes are reserved.
