Asunto Oy Paratiisintie sijaitsee Pohjolassa, poikkeuksellisen vehreässä ympäristössä ollakseen vain kilometrin päässä ydinkeskustasta. Läheltä löytyvät kaikki ydinkeskustan kattavat palvelut sekä koulut ja päiväkodit. Linja-auto- ja rautatieasemat sijaitsevat reilun viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Paratiisintieltä löytyy isoja yksiöitä, kaksioita sekä kolmioita ja jokaisesta huoneistosta löytyy oma sauna. Mikäli asunnossa ei ole valmiina tiskikonetta, se voidaan asentaa asuntoon edellyttäen, että sille on paikka ja liitännät valmiina.

Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Tupakointi kiellettyä huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.

Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Asunto Oy Paratiisintie is in Pohjola, in an exceptionally green environment for being only one kilometre from the city centre. All the comprehensive services of the city centre as well as schools and kindergartens can be found nearby. The bus and train stations are located a good five minutes' walk away.

Paratiisintie has large studios, two-room apartments and three-room apartments, and each apartment has its own sauna. If there is no ready-made dishwasher in the apartment, it can be installed in the apartment, if there is a place for it and the connections are ready.

- Internet connection at 50mb speed is included in the rent
- Pets are allowed

The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and is required to obtain home insurance. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on apartment balconies and in outdoor areas. Please note that the property is not yet completely smoke-free.
