Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 50 M laajakaistayhteys. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan laajan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikkieläimet sallittu.

The apartments feature renovated kitchens and bathrooms from a plumbing overhaul completed in 2005–2006. The bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine connection. All units include glazed balconies facing a peaceful inner courtyard. The lush yard provides a pleasant outdoor space, and children have their own play area.
Residents enjoy free access to a laundry room, drying room, and a newly refurbished common room. The rent includes a 50 Mbps broadband connection provided by DNA. Pets are welcome.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with the first possible termination date five months after the lease begins. The deposit is 250 € (credit history may affect the deposit amount or eligibility for the apartment). Water is charged at 25 € per person per month. Electricity fees are based on apartment size: 15 €/month for one-room apartments, 20 € for two-room apartments, 30 € for three-room apartments, and 35 € for four-room apartments. The rent includes a 50 Mbps broadband connection from DNA. Tenants must take out comprehensive home and liability insurance.

The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment.
Lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free.
