Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Vesimaksuennakko 20€/hlö/kk, joka tasataan kulutuksen mukaan. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy Elisan 25M laajakaistayhteys.
