Asunto Oy Tampereen Opaali on valmistunut vuonna 2017 suositulle Kalevanrinteen alueelle. Alueelta löytyvät kattavat palvelut, mm. Prisman kauppakeskus, uimahalli sekä useita kuntosaleja. Liikenneyhteydet ovat Kalevassa vailla vertaansa, bussilla pääsee kätevästi niin keskustaan kuin Hervantaankin. Matkan voi taittaa myös raitiovaunulla!
Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä ovat sauna, ulkoiluvälinevarasto ja irtaimistovarastot. Yhtiössä vuokrattavana erikseen autohallipaikkoja hintaan 50 €/kk.

Asunnot ovat avokeittiöratkaisujen ansiosta avaria ja valoisia. Huoneistojen lattiat ovat laminaattia. Laatoitetussa kylpyhuoneessa on tila ja liitäntä pyykinpesukoneelle. Keittiössä varusteluna on jääkaappipakastin, keraaminen liesi sekä astianpesukone. Osassa asunnoista on parveke ja joissakin huoneistotyypeissä on rankalainen parveke. Maantasokerroksessa pihan puolella olevissa huoneistoissa on lasitettu terassi.

Thanks to the open kitchen solutions, the apartments are spacious and bright. The apartment floors are laminate. The tiled bathroom has space and connections for a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic stove and a dishwasher. Some apartments feature glazed balconies while others have French balconies. Ground floor apartments on the courtyard side have glazed terraces.
