Asunto Oy Tampereen Jankansampo sijaitsee rauhallisella Jankan alueella. Lähistöltä löytyy päivittäistavarakauppa, ja Kalevan kattavat palvelutkin sijaitsevat vain parin kilometrin päässä. Jankasta pääset näppärästi myös bussilla Tampereen keskustaan.

Jankansammosta löytyy asuntoja monipuolisiin tarpeisiin, tupakeittiöllisistä yksiöistä kolmioihin, 38,5-neliöisistä asunnoista aina 75-neliöisiin asti. Kaikissa asunnoissa on oma parveke, alakerran huoneistoissa terassi. Mikäli asunnossa ei ole valmiina tiskikonetta, se voidaan asentaa asuntoon edellyttäen, että sille on paikka ja liitännät valmiina.

Yhtiöstä yhteisinä tiloina löytyy kuivaushuone, ulkoiluvälinevarasto sekä 2024 remontoidut saunatilat. Jokaiselle asunnolle kuuluu myös oma irtaimistovarasto.

Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, vakuus 1kk vuokra. Internetyhteys 50mb sisältyy vuokraan, vesiennakkomaksu 20,00 €/hlö/kk.

Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen.

Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.

In Jankansampo, there are apartments for versatile needs, from studios with a kitchen to three-room apartments, from 38.5-square-meter apartments up to 75 square meters. All apartments have their own balcony, downstairs apartments have a terrace. If there is no ready-made dishwasher in the apartment, it can be installed in the apartment, if there is a place for it and the connections are ready.
