Asunto Oy Kultaköynnös is located in Hervanta, close to educational institutions and the area's comprehensive services. Hervanta also offers excellent public transport connections to Tampere city centre, and the tram stops right in front of the building. In addition to the Duo shopping centre, the area offers a library, swimming hall, ice rink and several gyms.

In this 8-storey building with an elevator, every apartment features a private sauna and a balcony, and there is a playground for children in the courtyard. If the apartment is not equipped with a dishwasher, one can be installed provided that the required space and connections are available.
