Siirtolapuutarhankatu 7 sijaitsee Hatanpäällä Pyhäjärven ja Arboretumin läheisyydessä, aivan keskustan tuntumassa. Alue tarjoaa viihtyisät ulkoilumahdollisuudet sekä sujuvat liikenneyhteydet eri puolille kaupunkia niin julkisilla kuin omalla autollakin. Kaupungin monipuolisin kauppakeskus Ratina sijaistee kävelymatkan päässä. Viisikerroksisessa talossa on asuntoja yksiöistä suurempiin neljän huoneen perheasuntoihin. Kaikissa asunnoissa on oma lasitettu parveke sekä sauna. Astianpesukone voidaan hankkia asuntoon asukkaan muutettua, mikäli asunnossa ei sitä jo ole valmiina. Taloyhtiössä on huoneistokohtaiset irtaimistovarastot ja ulkoiluvälinevarasto, hissi sekä sisäpihalla leikkipaikka lapsille.
Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, irtisanomisaika AHVL:n mukainen yksi kuukausi. Vakuus kuukauden vuokraa vastaava. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Taloyhtiölaajakaistan perusnopeus 50M sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikit sallittu. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Kiinteistössä toteutetaan hissiremontti syksyn 2026 aikana. Remontti etenee porraskäytäväkohtaisesti, ja kyseisen rapun hissi on poissa käytöstä arviolta noin kuuden viikon ajan.
Alustavan aikataulun mukaan:
A-porras: syys–lokakuu 2026
B-porras: loka–marraskuu 2026
C-porras: marras–joulukuu 2026

Remontin arvioidaan valmistuvan kokonaisuudessaan tammikuussa 2027. Huomioithan, että aikataulu on suuntaa antava ja tarkentuu hankkeen edetessä. Asukkaita tiedotetaan tarkemmin suunnitelmien varmistuessa.

Siirtolapuutarhankatu 7 is located in Hatanpää, near to lake Pyhjärvi and Arboretum, right next to the city center. The area provides various outdoor recreational opportunities and smooth transportation connections to various parts of the city, both by public transport and by own car. The city's most versatile shopping center, Ratina, is within walking distance.

The five-story building offers apartments ranging from studios to larger four-bedroom family homes. All apartments feature a private sauna and a balcony for added comfort. A dishwasher can be acquired to the available apartments if not already installed. The building is equipped with an elevator, outdoor equipment storage, individual storage room per apartment and a playground in the yard.
The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one calendar month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance.
The rent includes 50M internet connection. The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.

An elevator renovation will be carried out in the property between autumn 2026 and early 2027. The work will be implemented one stairwell at a time, and the elevator in each stairwell will be out of service for approximately six weeks.
According to the preliminary schedule:
Stairwell A: September–October 2026
Stairwell B: October–November 2026
Stairwell C: November–December 2026

The renovation is expected to be completed in January 2027.
