Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Vakuus 250 €. Luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin. Vesimaksu on 25 €/hlö/kk. Huoneistokohtainen sähkömaksu 1h-asunnoissa 15 €/kk, 2h-asunnoissa 20 €/kk, 3h-asunnoissa 25 €/kk. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen.

Asunto Oy Raision Vaisaaren Kunnaankatu 7 is located in an excellent location in Raisio's Vaisaari area. The grocery store, gym, swimming center Ulpukka, and Raisio city library are all less than a kilometer away. The area offers great outdoor and jogging opportunities, and the center of Raisio is only about 2 kilometers away.

The company consists of two different buildings: the address for staircases A and B is Kunnaankatu 7, and the address for staircases C and D is Käpsänkatu 6.

The lease agreement will be made valid until further notice; the earliest possible termination date is 5 months after the start of the lease. The security deposit 250 € (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 25 €/person/month. Apartment-specific electricity fee 15€/month for one-room apartments, 20€/month for two-room apartments, 25€/month for three-room apartments. Pets are allowed. The housing company is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. Lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside apartments, on apartment balconies, and in yard areas. Please note that the property is not yet entirely smoke-free. The tenant agrees to take out home and liability insurance. The right to make changes is reserved.
