Asukkaiden käytössä on maksuton pesutupa, huoneistokohtaiset varastot sekä mahdollisuus vuokrata autokatos- tai ulkopaikka. Täällä yhdistyvät mukavuus, toimivuus ja hyvä sijainti.

Vuokrasopimus toistaiseksi voimassaolevana, 1 kk irtisanomisajalla. Vakuus 350 euroa (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Huoneistokohtainen vesimaksu. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen ja tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sähköyhtiön kanssa.
Vuokraan sisältyy DNA 25M laajakaistayhteys (vuokralainen hankkii modeemin itse). Lemmikit sallittu. Tupakointi kielletty asuinhuoneistossa, parvekkeella, terasseilla ja yleisissä tiloissa. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton.

Residents have access to a free shared laundry room, apartment-specific storage units, and the option to rent either a carport space or an outdoor parking space. Linnakotka combines comfort, functionality, and a convenient location.

Lease Terms
Open-ended tenancy agreement with a one-month notice period.
Security deposit: €350 (credit history records may affect the amount of the deposit or eligibility for an apartment).
Separate water charge per apartment.
The tenant is required to obtain home insurance and arrange their own electricity contract with the electricity provider.
The rent includes a DNA 25 Mbps broadband connection (the tenant is responsible for obtaining a modem).
Pets are welcome.
Smoking is prohibited inside apartments, on balconies, terraces, and in public areas. Please note that the property is not entirely smoke-free.
