Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, veloitetaan yhden kuukauden vuokraa vastaava maksu. Kampanjoiden yhteydessä vakuus vain 350€. Asunto on mahdollista vuokrata myös ilman kampanjaa, jolloin kampanjaehtoja ei sovelleta.

A 500€ rent discount per month for the first two full months on new lease agreements starting no later than 30 October 2026. The lease must be signed for a minimum term of one year.
If the tenant terminates the agreement before the earliest possible end date of the initial fixed-term period, a fee equivalent to one month's rent will be charged. During the campaign, the security deposit is only €350. The apartment may also be rented without the campaign offer, in which case the campaign terms and conditions will not apply.

Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.

Hallituskatu 25 is situated in the center of Oulu. Apartments are from studio to 3 room apartments, bigger apartments has own sauna. There is a common drying room for clothes, sauna, and storage rooms. Parking place can be reserved, but there may be queue.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one calender month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. A dishwasher can be acquired to the available apartments if not already installed. Please note that the installation will take place only after the move-in.

The rent includes DNA 50M internet connection. Pets are allowed.

The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free.
