Toistaiseksi voimassaoleva vuokrasopimus, jossa AHVL:n mukainen 1 kk irtisanomisaika. Vakuus 350 euroa (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Huoneistokohtainen vesimaksu. Vuokraan sisältyy DNA 25M laajakaistayhteys (vuokralainen hankkii modeemin itse). Lemmikit sallittu. Koti- ja vastuuvakuutus vaaditaan. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen sekä tekemään oman sähkösopimuksen sähköyhtiön kanssa.

Tupakointi kielletty asuinhuoneistossa, parvekkeella ja yleisissä tiloissa. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Lease Terms

Open-ended tenancy agreement with a one-month notice period in accordance with the Finnish Residential Leases Act.
Security deposit: €350 (credit history records may affect the amount of the deposit or the possibility of being offered an apartment).
Separate water charge based on the apartment.
Rent includes a DNA 25 Mbps broadband connection (the tenant is responsible for obtaining a modem).
Pets are welcome.
Home insurance and liability insurance are required.
The tenant is responsible for arranging home insurance and signing a separate electricity contract with the electricity provider.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and in public areas. Please note that the property is not entirely smoke-free.
