It is possible to rent a parking space in the garage or in the yard, depending on the status of the reservation. At least one resident must be over 55 or retired when moving into the apartment. The rent includes a 50M DNA broadband connection.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. Pets are allowed.

The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free.
