Vuonna 1976 valmistunut, hyvin hoidettu 3-kerroksinen talo sijaitsee rauhallisella ja perheystävällisellä Ahtialan alueella, vain noin 7 km Lahden keskustasta. Alue tunnetaan erityisesti luonnonläheisyydestään ja viihtyisyydestään – täydellinen valinta niin yksinasuville kuin pienille perheille.

Vuokrausehdot:
– Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk
– Ensimmäinen mahdollinen määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivä 6 kk kuluttua vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko.
– Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden määrään ja asunnon saantiin)
– Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen
- Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimuksissa tupakointi on kielletty huoneistoissa, parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioithan, että kiinteistö ei ole vielä täysin savuton.

Rental terms:
– Water fee: €25/person/month
– The first possible termination date under the fixed-term commitment is 6 months from the commencement date of the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease so that it ends before this first possible termination date, a contractual penalty equivalent to one month's rent will be charged.
– Deposit: €250 (credit history may affect the deposit amount and eligibility)
– Tenant makes their own electricity contract and commits to taking home and liability insurance

The property is gradually transitioning to smoke-free. New tenants’ agreements prohibit smoking inside apartments, on balconies, and in yard areas. Please note that the property is not yet fully smoke-free.
