Mikäli vuokralainen irtisanoo sopimuksen päättymään ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista määräaikaisen sopimuksen päättymispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen sopimussakko.

Tupakointi kielletty tämän huoneiston parvekkeella/piha-alueella. Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen.

- Security deposit: €250 (credit history may affect the deposit amount or eligibility for the apartment)

The first possible termination date under the fixed-term commitment is 6 months from the commencement date of the lease agreement. If the tenant terminates the lease so that it ends before this first possible termination date, a contractual penalty equivalent to one month's rent will be charged.

Smoking is prohibited on the balcony/yard of this apartment. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. The tenant is responsible for making their own electricity contract and is required to have home and liability insurance.
