KAMPANJA: Uusiin vuokrasopimuksiin -500€ alennus kolmen ensimmäisen täyden kuukauden vuokrasta, kun sopimus alkaa viimeistään 29.4.2026. Sopimukseen sitouduttava vuodeksi. Mikäli sopimus irtisanotaan ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista irtisanomispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi 1 kk vuokraa vastaava sakko. Kampanjoiden yhteydessä vakuus vain 350€. Asunto on mahdollista vuokrata myös ilman kampanjaa.


CAMPAIGN: A €500 rent discount per month for the first three full months on new lease agreements starting no later than April 29, 2026. The lease must be signed for a minimum term of one year. If the lease is terminated before the first possible termination date, a penalty equivalent to one month’s rent will be charged. For campaign leases, the security deposit is only €350. The apartment can also be rented without the campaign offer.

Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.

Kiinteistössä on siirrytty kaukolämmöstä maalämpöön vuoden 2025 aikana. Uudistus on parantanut energiaomavaraisuutta ja tuonut kustannussäästöjä.
