Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, 1 kalenterikuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Vakuus 2 kuukauden vuokran suuruinen. Ei erillistä vesimaksua.

Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistojen ja yleisten sisätilojen lisäksi parvekkeilla sekä yhtiön piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Asunto Oy Mannerheimintie 93 offers apartments in an excellent location in Meilahti, just along Mannerheimintie. The area provides convenient access to a wide range of services, from grocery stores to schools, and is complemented by nearby seaside outdoor area at Seurasaari island. The property offers rental apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedroom apartments.

Residents have access to shared facilities including a sauna, laundry room, and storage units. There are also bicycle storage rooms in the building. A limited number of garage and courtyard parking spaces are available for rent separately. The rent includes a 10M internet connection provided by Telia.

The lease is made until further notice with a notice period of one full calendar month. The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent and there is no separate water fee.

For new tenants, smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, in shared indoor areas, on balconies, and in the courtyard. Please note that the property is not yet completely smoke-free. The tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and is required to obtain home insurance. All rights to changes are reserved.
