A €500 rent discount per month for the first three full months on new lease agreements starting no later than June 30, 2026. The lease must be signed for a minimum term of one year. If the lease is terminated before the first possible termination date, a fee equivalent to one month’s rent will be charged. For campaign leases, the security deposit is only €350.
