SENIORIKOHDE. As Oy Helsingin Kampin Helmi on valmistunut vuonna 2016 ja tarjoaa modernia asumista keskustan palveluiden lähellä. Keskeinen sijainti ja toimivapohjaiset asunnot tekevät asumisesta huoletonta. Vähintään yhden asukkaan tulee olla 55 vuotta täyttänyt.

Asuntojen pintamateriaalit ovat vaaleita, jotka tekevät asunnoista valoisia ja helppoja sisustaa. Lattiamateriaalina on puukuvioitu laminaatti ja kylpyhuoneet ovat laatoitetut. Kylpyhuoneissa on tilavaraus ja liitännät pyykinpesukoneelle. Keittiön varusteluun kuuluvat keraaminen liesi, jääkaappipakastin ja astianpesukone. Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä oleviin tiloihin kuuluvat talosaunat, kerhotila, pesutupa ja kuivaushuoneet, ulkoiluväline- ja apuvälinevarastoja, sekä asuntokohtaiset irtaimistovarastot.

Kiinteistö on liitetty kaukolämpöverkkoon ja asunnoissa on keskitetty lämmön talteenotolla varustettu koneellinen (tulo- ja poistoilma) ilmanvaihto. Kylpyhuoneiden lattioissa on asunnon sähköön liitetty mukavuuslämmitys. Autopaikkoja vuokrattavissa erikseen varaustilanteen mukaan.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä ja sitä ei tasata. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

SENIOR RESIDENCE. As Oy Helsingin Kampin Helmi was completed in 2016 and offers modern living close to the city center services. The central location and functional apartments make living carefree. At least one resident of the apartment must be over 55 years old.

The apartments have light-colored finishes, which make them bright and easy to decorate. The flooring is wood laminate, and the bathrooms are tiled. The bathrooms have space reservation and connections for a washing machine. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic stove, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Shared facilities include saunas, a club room, a laundry room, drying rooms and several storage areas, including apartment specific storage units.

The property is connected to the district heating network and the apartments have centralized mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. The bathroom floors have comfort heating connected to the apartment's electricity. Parking spaces are rented separately depending on the reservation situation.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. The lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, balcony, and in the apartment's yard area. Please note that the property is not completely smoke-free. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
