Huomioithan, ettei kiinteistö ole täysin savuton. Vesimaksu 25 €/hlö/kk. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen ja tekemään oman sähkösopimuksen.

The area has comprehensive services, including a grocery store, pharmacy, school, daycare, and hospital. Good transport connections make it easy to reach the city center and the larger shops in Tiiriö. Within walking distance, you can also find the Ahvenisto outdoor swimming pool and beautiful outdoor recreational areas.

The three-story building has bright one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 57 to 75 square meters. The apartments feature a balcony and a sauna. Residents have access to storage units.

The lease agreement will be made valid until further notice; the earliest possible termination date is 5 months after the start of the lease. The security deposit 250€ (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 25 €/person/month. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony/garden area of this apartment. Please note that the property is not entirely smoke-free. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The right to make changes is reserved.
