Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen, sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy 10 M internetyhteys. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton.

It is a short walk to Espoo city centre and the train station is less than 1 km away. The property border ends in a green nearby forest, which is the starting point of the nearest outdoor trails.
