Kodisto.fi Online Store Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to the online store on the Kodisto.fi website (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store"), through which apartments can be rented directly under certain conditions without a separate apartment application.
The Online Store is the responsibility of Newsec Property Asset Management Finland Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Newsec") and operates under its Kodisto brand for housing business.
Newsec strives to ensure the accessibility of the Online Store www.kodisto.fi-palvelun in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).
This accessibility statement is based on Newsec's self-assessment.
Online Store accessibility
The Online Store partially complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA requirements. We are working to improve the Online Store and remove accessibility issues as part of our ongoing development work on the website.
Non-accessible content
The website contains content and/or functionalities that are not fully compliant with the requirements. These include, among others, the following:
- Some images on the site may not have text equivalents (WCAG 1.1.1).
- The contrast between the text and background of buttons is not always appropriate (WCAG 1.4.3).
- The headings on the pages are incomplete in places (WCAG 2.4.2).
- There are weaknesses in the naming of links in places. In addition, the same link text may have been used on the website for links that direct the user to different destinations on the website. (WCAG 2.4.4)
Accessibility issues of third parties
Newsec is not responsible for any third-party accessibility issues related to possible links to websites provided and maintained by third parties.

You can provide feedback on the accessibility of the service to the administrator at compliance@newsec.fi. If you notice any accessibility issues with the service, please send us your feedback first. We will respond as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with the response you receive or if you do not receive a response within two weeks, you can contact Traficom, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency, which acts as the supervisory authority.
Processing of personal data related to feedback
As a general rule, the email address provided by the customer in their feedback is always collected. Customers may also provide other personal data in their feedback, such as their name and phone number.
The personal data we collect is only used to handle customer feedback, improve the customer experience, and help us make our service better.
