Customer service line opening hours for summer 2025

Between June 1st and August 31st, 2025, our customer service lines (housing rentals, tenant services, and rental administration) will be open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Our services are still fully available via email and phone, only with reduced opening hours.

You also have access to Kodisto’s AI assistant Ulla, who is available on our website 24/7 — including evenings and weekends, every day of the year.
